That the Council of the Township of Woolwich convenes in closed session on Thursday, January 9, 2025, immediately following the Special Council - Budget Meeting, in accordance with section 239 (2) of the Municipal Act, 2001, for the purposes of considering the following:

  1. the security of the property of the municipality or local board, and labour relations or employee negotiations (IT Security and Union Negotiations Matters);
  2. personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees (Staffing Matter); and
  3. personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees (Staffing Matter).
