That the Council of the Township of Woolwich convenes in closed session on Thursday, January 23, 2025, at 9:00 a.m., in accordance with sections 239 (2) and (3.1) of the Municipal Act, 2001, for the purposes of considering the following:

1. personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees (Staffing Matter);
2. personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees (Staffing Matter); and
3. the purpose of educating or training the members (Water/Wastewater Rates Training).

F02-2025: Proposed Utility Rates - 2025

Recommendation:

That the Council of the Township of Woolwich, considering Report F02-2025 respecting Proposed Utility Rates - 2025:

1. Discuss and debate the proposed draft 2025 Utility Rates; and
2. Direct staff to bring the 2025 Water and Wastewater rates forward with any amendments directed by Council for final discussion by Committee of the Whole on February 4, 2025 and approval by Council on February 18, 2025.
