1. advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose; and a position, plan, procedure, criteria or instruction to be applied to any negotiations carried on or to be carried on by or on behalf of the municipality or local board (Negotiation Matter).

Recommendation

That the Council of the Township of Woolwich in accordance with Report DS36-2021, respecting the consultant selection for RFP 2021-25 Elmira Core Area & Urban Design, approve retaining the services of The Planning Partnership Limited consulting to a maximum cost of $51,378.62 (net HST rebate).

Recommendation:

That the Council of the Township of Woolwich, considering Report IS30-2021 authorize the Mayor and Clerk to sign the Boundary Road Agreement with the Township of Wellesley as attached to the report in Appendix A.

Recommendation

That Council of the Township of Woolwich, considering Report R17-2021, award Request for Proposal 2021-27 to True Building Ltd. as the successful proponent for the renovation of the Elmira Fire Station at a contract price of $89,351.39 after the HST rebate.
